- No one cares.
- No one listens.
- The people that actually know don’t think it’s that bad because I’m still fat.
- No one understands.
- I hate myself.
- I’m stupid.
- I’m ugly.
- My own family doesn’t even notice.

Did you know that it may take your brain weeks even months to re-wire itself to want to be healthy 24/7 but it takes 7 days of your ‘old behavior’ for it to forget everything you’ve learned?
Watching the Biggest Loser today I learned that if you’ve grown up eating junk food & despised exercise, it’s of course never too late to change, but you can’t make your brain change overnight.
It takes time for you to learn that your new lifestyle isn’t temporary.
There’s of course going to be days where you eat more than normal but it should be nowhere near what you used to.
If you normally eat 1100 calories and you’re having a bad day you might eat 1600 that day while before you might have eaten 2300. You’re not going to gain a pound if you eat 1600 one bad day but you will if you forget to get back on track.
All it takes is say, going on vacation for a week & forgetting to eat right. Seven days of poor eating & your brain will be back to thinking like it used to.
It’s important to stay on track with a food journal & daily meal plans.
You’ve worked too hard to let it slip away from you again.
So fucking true -____-
I’m tired of people not taking me serious when I say I run XC.
The general statement is “Charlotte, you don’t do sports.”
About to binge? Watch this.
I don’t think I’ll ever eat food again
