Drink this Banana Oatmeal Smoothie before your morning exercise routine and you’ll have the energy you need to get through your workout.
- 2 whole Chiquita Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/3 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
- 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Almonds
Instructions For Banana Oatmeal Smoothie:
Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie thickens.

Do you always seem to be failing at accomplishing your goals, whether it’s eating all organic, exercising, etc?
Try not to tackle all of your goals at once. There are 12 months to a year. Dedicate each month to a goal. It takes 21 days to make something a new habit, and a month has over 21 days!! By next month you will be able to carry out that new habit and guess what, Start a new one!!! Start off small, or maybe with the goal that is most important to you.
If you don’t want to give it a month for every goal, then try focusing every week on a different goal, for example I want to start drinking green tea before bed, then I would follow that goal for a week. And then carry on that goal into the next week and build off of it making new goals but keeping up with the new habit. This can be more challenging and it is more recommended to follow by the monthly goal one because in that case you are much more likely to succeed, if anything guaranteed to succeed if you put your all into it!!
