F I can't wait to get fit again

Make exercise like a class that is part of your day/schedule. Just like you wouldn’t be late to history class, don’t be late to go to the gym. Just like you’d tell your friends you had to leave to get to class, stop what you are doing and get to the gym!! Treat exercise exactly like a class, your homework is eating healthy.

Learning is amazing,

Especially in college. It is important to read and learn ALL material, for it will expand your knowledge. Not to mention all classes (even intro classes) DO deal with what you will be learning for your major. That would just make you look bad, and it would be extremely embarrassing, also the person won’t be coming to you for advice again/won’t really trust your judgment. It is important to know all materials because then when you are out doing your job you do NOT want to seem stupid and give someone the wrong advice or not know what you are talking about. It will make u feel good in the future when you are doing your job and you are able to thoroughly explain things to people, and possibly even friends. Yes, friends may turn to you for advice in the area your career is. So it is important now to read and know/learn all materials.



Even though your parents binge eat standing up etc. learn to remember that just because u use to see it when u were little that does not make it okay for you to copy their actions and do it now. You know what is right and what is wrong, remember that.

Just like homework sneeks up on you if you just keep putting it off, weight will too if you keep putting exercise off. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO, JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your unsure of what your evenings will bring you and you want to go out at night, but still want to stick to your goals, then try to get your priorities done in the morning, like reading and exercising. Then if you have to go out at night you won’t feel guilty, and if you don’t go out then go ahead and do extra!!

After eating try to keep your body moving!!!! BODY MOVIN BODY MOVIN

Please!!! It gets me so So mad when I hear people say all these hateful things to themselves. When you say and think those things about yourself it just makes it okay for others to say that about you. Not to mention, most of the time no one else is even thinking those things about you that are completely false!! Treat yourself like you treat others, with kindness! I’m sure you wouldn’t say those things to someone else!)

Note to self: When you are pregnant, make sure you do not think it is a free ride to eat whatever you want and stop exercising. No. No. No. 1. When you are not pregnant any more you will just have more weight to lose 2. It is important to eat healthy to supply the baby with proper nutrients, its important to figure out what an ideal meal plan is for pregnant women 3. You must always think of your health and how important it is to still exercise, like yoga easy things you can do while pregnant

JUST A NOTE TO MYSELF



When buying organic fruits and vegetables, the only ones that you really need to buy organic are the ones you are eating the skin off of.

Instead of having that brownie I should have faced reality about how I need more fruit in my diet!! I keep eating all these veggies that I forgot about fruit .. oh and nuts!!!

If you start working out your butt, EVERYDAY, forever, then by the time you are 20 your ass will look AMAZING!!

Its all about a healthy lifestyle change, not a diet.

EVeryone’s got their problems, be happy where YOU are in life, don’t wish you had theirs. Cus their problems just might be worse. What it seems, it never is. There is so much more going on in their deeper mind. Only they will know what goes on in their mind, don’t wish to have theirs instead because it most likely is worse.

Laugh, smile, flirt, be self-confident, take down that wall, get to know others and let them get to know you, TALK,be open and let people get to know you!
